Dan Porter, MSW, LICSW
Even though managing staff performance is critical to succeeding as a supervisor, it often involves some of the toughest calls and most stubborn challenges. This course will focus on the practical problems supervisors face when they tackle difficult situations involving work performance, and offer practical, evidence-based solutions.
