Identifying opportunities for quantitative science to help clients with life choices and compliment psychotherapy. Two hour recorded webinar with an excellent presenter. 2 CEUs.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the history of neurofeedback (nfb) and understand the theories of how nfb works in the brain.
  • Describe the mechanisms of how nfb works and evaluate which clients would benefit from nfb.
  • Incorporate nfb into your practice; assess when nfb is a stand alone tx (migraines, HA’s, sleep, ADHD); identify what may inhibit nfb effectiveness.

Presenter Bio

Lisa earned her MSW from the University of Southern Cal-LA. She has been in private practice at Intellect LLC for 5 years focusing on neurofeedback, brainspotting, and EMDR. She is certified as a clinical mental health integrative medicine provider that she integrates into her practice. She came into the neurofeedback field and became passionate about neurofeedback after it helped her daughters recover from brain injuries several years ago.

    To earn 2 CE credits (recorded, non-interactive), you must watch the entire video. You will not be able to fast-forward or rewind.
  • During the video will be 3 slides with a keyword. The keyword will be on the screen for 20 seconds. Write the keywords down as you will be asked what the keywords are in the survey
  • Certificates of completion will be provided once the video reaches 100% watched, after you mark each lesson "complete" and after submitting the survey. This webinar is setup as a digital course and the course needs to be "100% complete" in order for the completion certificate to unlock. Once the PDF is available, please save it to your computer.
  • This includes  access to the recorded version for 1 year.
