Kendra Snyder, MA, LMFT, NCC is a depth-oriented trauma therapist with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families in navigating identity, attachment, trauma, and healing. Her integrative approach weaves together body-based, relational, and emotionally focused modalities, with advanced training in EMDR and Internal Family Systems, and a foundation in experiential and existential therapy.
At the heart of Kendra’s work is a commitment to helping people reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and inner voice. She supports clients in processing trauma somatically, fostering safety and integration across the body, mind, and heart. She specializes in complex trauma, with particular expertise in religious trauma, spiritual abuse, attachment, and identity reclamation.
Licensed in both Minnesota and Colorado, Kendra has been in private practice since 2015. She is the founder of NobleTree Therapy in St. Paul, MN. Kendra is also a co-founder of the Reclamation Collective, a community advocacy organization supporting survivors of religious trauma and adverse religious experiences.
As a survivor of religious trauma herself, Kendra brings both clinical insight and lived experience to her work. She understands firsthand the often-invisible impacts of spiritual abuse and the profound, nonlinear journey of deconstruction and healing. Her personal experience continues to inform the compassionate, trauma-informed care she offers to clients seeking to reclaim their authentic selves.
