This is a live webinar which will take place on September 14, 2026 from 6-8 PM Central Time on Zoom. You can purchase access to attend live or pre-register to view the recording on/after September 14. All registrations include 12 months of access and two CEUs.
Pain may be loud, but suffering is the echo chamber we can learn to soften. This 2-hour workshop explores mindfulness as both a compassionate response to the lived experience of pain and a regulatory intervention that helps settle an overprotective nervous system.
Drawing from MBSR, neuroplastic pain models, and trauma-aware practice, participants will learn how mindfulness shifts reactivity, reduces flare cycles, and supports a physiology more conducive to healing. Expect practical tools, brief experiential practices, and clinically grounded frameworks you can bring directly into sessions with clients navigating chronic pain and illness.
