Fall 2022 Legal Committee Report

Ellen Luepker and Clay Sankey continue to provide consultations to MSCSW members who have questions and dilemmas related to clinical/ethical/legal issues. One hour of consultation per year is free as a MSCSW member benefit.

Clay has been doing most of the consultations lately due to Ellen working on the 3rd edition of her book on record keeping and traveling more this summer.

Ellen and Clay continue to work together as a team and provide the society with much needed advice and clarification on ethical and legal issues.
